2013-02-05 on February 5, officers of Samtskhe-Javakheti Division of the Ministry of Finance’s investigating department arrested head of Konduri territorial unit of Ninotsminda Gamgeoba Hambartsum Tatvosian. The investigation established that he produced fraudulent certificates for selling cattle and received GEL 500 in return. Investigation has been launched under para.1, Article 338 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, envisaging imprisonment from six to nine years.
