2013-02-10 on February 10, on charges of production of fraudulent documents and bribery, officers of Kakheti Division of the MOF’s investigating department arrested trustee of the village Bakurtsikhe, Teimuraz Zavrashvili. The investigation established that Zavrashvili produced a fraudulent certificate and received GEL 300 as a bribe. The investigation has been instituted under para.1, Article 338 of the Criminal Code of Georgia, envisaging imprisonment from 6 to 9 years
