2013-03-02 on March 2, head of Kutaisi City Hall’s culture office, Teimuraz Tsitsishvili was detained and charged with abuse of official capacity and misappropriation of funds in 2011 tender when he allegedly misappropriated GEL 6000. The defendant does not plead guilty. On March 5 Teimuraz Tsitsishvili was released on GEL 10 000 bail on March 5 by Kutaisi Court. A rally supporting the defendant was held in downtown Kutaisi before the trial.
