2013-02-06 On February 6, Majoritarian MP of Khashuri Valeri Gelashvili and Gamgebeli Giorgi Beraia presented Bano Gelashvili as a trustee of Surami territorial unit to the local population. His candidacy was not supported by part f the population, expressing a protest over dismissal of former trustee, Davit Garadzinski. A physical clash between supporters and opponents of Vano Gelashvili ensued. Vakhtang Grigalashvili and Kakha Tabatadze also engaged in a fight against each other.
