2013-10-11 Two civil servants were spotted at Giorgi Margvelashvili's pre-election meetings in Zugdidi: Zviad Malazonia and Valerian Khubulava. We have referred these cases on to the Central Election Commission as we believe the civil servants have violated the election code by participating in a preelection campaign during their working hours.
