2013-10-27 Procedural violation was observed in #65 polling station. Particularly, control ballot paper was not filled in properly - it was placed in the ballot paper without filling first elector's first name, last name and all the necessary information. Above mentioned violation was observed at 7:50 am. ISFED observer has written appeal and registered complaint in logbook.
