2013-10-27 At #16 polling station, in Gurjaani, mobile ballot box was carried away from the precinct, without writing down the sealing wax codes of ballot box and mobile ballot box in the logbook. Later, sealing wax code of the mobile ballot box was checked (using the phone call) and written down in the logbook.
