2013-10-27 At #16 polling station, in Lanchkhuti, one of the registrars alowed the person to vote, even though his last two numbers of the personal number was not identical to the numbers, written in the voter's list. Later, person came, whose personal number was identical to the above mentioned numbers in the voter's list, but the commission hasn't allowed him to vote. Complaint was registered in the logbook.
