2013-10-27 Attempt of participation in elections with improper documentation was observed at Polling Station #22 of Metekhi, in Kaspi Dist. Voter presented military ticket and birth certificate to the registrar, who considered that presented documentation was enough let the voter participation in elections. After reaction of observer of GYLA, the person with wrong documents wasn't granted permission to participate in elections.
