2013-10-27 At #103 polling station in Zugdidi District, at 15:40 pm, representative of the UNM - Gela Toloraia questioned the lawfullness being of commission member - Patima Chomakhia at the polling station. Despite the fact that Patima Chomakhia had the nessecary documentation (was wearing CEC uniform), Toloraia still led him out with the head of the commission. This action represents the restriction of the authorized persons rights. At 16:50 Complaint was made on this fact in the logbook.
