2013-10-27 At #14 PEC, in Lagodekhi, ISFED's coordinator observed that head of the commission has restricted accredited media journalist's (Sopio Saralidze, from "Herety") right by forbidding her being at the precinct after 20:00 pm. Appeal was written, demanding the eradication of the incident. After registering the appeal PEC chairperson eradicated the violation.
