2013-10-28 Signatures in list of freestanding ballot box were not made properly (voters signed next to the names of different persons) at polling station #5 of Baghdati dist. Approximately members of commission were drunk and they do not remember who signed and where. Observer of GYLA wrote complaint with respect of mentioned fact.
