2021-10-30 At the polling station #43 of the electoral district #17 (Telavi), ISFED observer’s rights were restricted. The observer was not allowed to check the inking and the ink checking device. Also, the commission chairperson was particularly aggressive towards the observer; the chairperson verbally assaulted ISFED’s observer and created a hostile environment for the observer.
