At the polling station #6 of the electoral district #6 (Samgori), ISFED’s observer witnessed a phone conversation of the queue manager with an unidentified person. The queue manager left the polling station premises and handed out to a voter, who was also leaving the polling station, a folded paper, which was most likely money.
