Member of PEC Mr. Gocha Bokhashvili (who is representative of Georgian Labor Party) given ballot-paper of majoritarian elections. So, he participated in proportional elections only. According to explanation of the registrar, he thought, that Mr. Bokhashvili was voter of different district and that's why he wasn't granted the other ballot-paper....
