The mobile ballot-box was not taken out to voters. This fact was written by observer in logbook. Mobile-box was taken out from polling station at 16:00, but after call from CEC ballot-box was brought back in polling station and voters in mobile ballot box list haven't taken part in election. ISFED observer has written appeal on it....

Voter came to polling station with ID card of different person. Observer pointed, that he hadn't right to vote. Registrar didn't take this remark into the consideration and permitted the voter to participate in elections. Observer says, that this wasn't a single incident and such types of violation were frequent. Complaint was made, which requested invalidation of results of polling station No:50, and using legal measures against chairman of the commission....

Observers pointed at this violation, but commission didn't take it into the consideration, furthermore, chairman refused to register the complaint. Observer applied to DEC with request of disciplinary responsibility of Chairmen of PEC of polling station N50 of district of N22....
