Notwithstanding that observer had required several times, chairmen of PEC didn't take adequate measures to resolve problems at polling station: 1.There was no alphabetical index at registration desk. 2. Registration desks are positioned in such way, that observing the list of voters was impossible, 3. Queue regulator didn't check ID cards of voters, 4. Book of records is not properly strapped and marking procedure is incomplete, as far as the liquid for marking procedure...
