On August 30, Omar (Oleg) Iadze submitted a resignation letter for personal reasons to Sakrebulo. There was only one candidacy put to vote – Gocha Gochitashvili, nominated by Omar Iadze, who was voted for unanimously. Participants accused Mesropashvili and Gogolauri of misspending Kaspi District Budget.
