According to Elguja Oboladze, on June 8, 2012, when he was getting ready to transport a reporter of TV-9, he was approached by Kakha Vakhtangidze and harassed by him both verbally and physically. Oboladze says that Vakhtangadze was encouraging anti-Georgian Dream sentiments among the population but he did not retaliate in response....

As a result, none of the respondents were willing to talk to her....

According to one of the coalition Georgian Dream’s registrars, Mzia Mamulashvili, after she had verified three cottages on June 26, 2012, she was approached by the foremen of IDP settlement in Skra, Kakha Kakhniashvili, and told to leave the settlement as the door-to-door checking had already been done there. He said that if they refused to leave, they would face problems. The registrars found 6 women outside who told them to leave the settlement....

During the door-to-door checking of voters’ list, a campaign initiated by the coalition Georgian Dream, members of the coalition verifying the list in IDP settlements in Karaleti faced problems. According to one of the registrars, Khatuna Khatashvili, after leaving one of the households, registrars that had verified eight families, found 7-8 women and one man outside, who advised them to leave as they would not allow them to continue their work....

Representatives of the coalition Georgian Dream were meeting voters in the village of Nakhakhulevi, Khoni District on June 6, 2012. The meeting was attended by Gia Tsagareishvili and local activists of the Coalition. After the meeting with voters was finished and leaders left, local citizens reported that an employee of the Military commissariat of Khoni with a surname Edzgveradze arrived and informed the village governor about the meeting over the phone. Tengiz Gogoladze the employee of Gori Municipality was following Georgian Dream’s door-to-door voter-checking Irakli Machitidze in every family, asked him to give the lists in order to check if everything was correct. Then he tried to take the list away and demanded him to give rest of the papers in order to copy them and said that he would not say to anyone. Then he suggested Irakli not to get in trouble....

On May 30, 2012, a woman visited a family residing at 17th micro-district N12, apt. 70 in Rustavi. She introduced herself as a representative of the United National Movement and demanded them to reveal which party they were going to vote for. She told the family that “your daughter, Shorena Mchedlidze, works in public service at GeoStat, which is why you have to tell us who she will vote for.”...

On May 16, 2012, ISFED’s LTO met with three teachers dismissed from public school N3 in Samtredia. The meeting was attended by a member of the coalition Georgian Dream, Ketevan Ivanishvili, who expressed aggression towards ISFED’s LTO. She thought that ISFED was against the establishment of the Komagi Foundation and therefore, she referred to the LTO as someone sent by the UNM or the Security Service....
