On August 13, 2012, the presidential program Smiley Georgia was launched in the village of Supsa, Lanchkhuti Municipality. Two busses with corresponding captions on them are parked in downtown Supsa and provide dental service only for the population of Supsa community. On August 15, 2012, civil servant were getting on mini busses outside the offices of Lanckkhuti Municipality Gamgeoba. Journalist of Info 9 Nino Kheladze and a cameraman Davit Chavlelishvili were filming the fact. One of the young men approached to the minibus and demanded the journalist take away her microphone. According to a representative of the youth organization of the United National Movement, Zurab Kuchashvili, he was taking photos at the assembly of the coalition Georgian Dream, when one of the women there asked him about the reason for taking the photos and threatened to destroy his camera. Later Kuchashvili’s mother was visited by a woman, warning her that if her son did not give up his work, he would “face problems”....
