2020-10-13 Head of a non-profit (non-commercial) legal entity Association of Musical Schools, Tamar Gigiashvili said that Mayor Rostom Sesiashvili dismissed her from work because of her husband’s active involvement in the UNM campaign and also, because he placed a UNM banner on the commercial space they own. According to her, the order of dismissal does not specify grounds for the dismissal, she has not received any warnings about disciplinary misconduct and she is going to appeal the mayor’s decision. Municipality Mayor Rostom Sesiashvili has denied the report of dismissal of an employee based on a political motive.
