On October 12, in village Karajalari, a member of the European Georgia Oktai Skandarov was attacked. According to him, the attackers were activists of the Georgian Dream. Skandarov was questioned by the police about the attack.

European Georgia representative Gabil Gasanov told ISFED observer that Skandarov was at the village gathering place in the evening. He saw that their posters had been torn and asked why were they doing it. Subsequently, two individuals that were there assaulted him. He does not know who they were. Skandarov and his family do not wish to talk about it. GD representatives categorically refused having anything to do with the incident.
