2020-10-26 European Georgia representative in Chokhatauri, Lia Chigogidze reported that the ruling party was trying to recruit former PEC commission members from their party in the 2018 election in the following villages: Sameba, Dablatsikhe, Zoti, Nabeghlavi, Zemo Surebi, Kokhnari, Burnati, Tsipnari, Sachamiaseri, Basileti and Khevi. According to Chigogidze, GD representatives were urging certain individuals not to cooperate with the European Georgia and were trying to recruit them. Chigogidze did not provide any names since the individuals concerned have asked to remain anonymous, fearing that they would face problems if their identities were revealed.
