On October 8, at 13:00, a GD majoritarian candidate for Racha-Lechkhumi, Kvemo Svaneti and Mestia was presented. Participants were invited based on a pre-defined list. The meeting was attended by school teachers, employees of non-profit (non-commercial) legal entities, including head of the kindergartens association Maka Kikabidze, who was checking names of people that arrived at the event against the lists.

According to local opposition leaders, voters were mobilized for the GD public meeting, and that they bussed not only village representatives but also school teachers.
