2020-11-20 After delivering the log-book from Gurjaani DEC 38, PEC12, it was revealed that it was not sealed. Sealing and signing took place at the DEC. In particular, the chairperson and the secretary of the PEC signed the envelope in the constituency. The organization`s complaint about the disciplinary liability of the secretary and chairman was not upheld by the DEC.
