2012-10-01 The marking procedure was seriously violated. There wasn't the special equipment fir lighting, and the marks were checked via usual lighter. 200 voters had participated in elections in the following way. Observers required to stop voting procedure. They applied to DEC/ only after this became it possible to use special equipment to check the marks. Observer of GYLA made a complaint, but PEC refused to receive it. PEC didn't have special template. They also didn't mark the mentioned violation in book of records. The complaint was made with the request for responsibility of chairman of PEC # 38 of Mukhrani and invalidation of results of the PEC.
