2012-10-01 The following members of PEC refused to fulfill their duties, which were determined according to ballot: 1. Mr. Guram Tsitaishvili, who had to accompany portable ballot box, 2. Ms. Aza Kaichava, who had to be registar. Mr. Tsitaishvili said, that he can't accompany the portable ballot box because of his health condition. Ms. Aza Kalichava said, that she can't be a registar because of headaches.

2012-10-01 The complaint was made to DEC, with request to use relevant legal measures according to paragraph 2 of article 28 of election code of Georgia.
