2012-10-01 According to observer of coalition for Civil development Ketevan Shalashvili Chairman of the Commission has given registrars ballots-papers, where number 5 was already marked. Registrars were also given a special envelopes, which is prohibited by law. Observer has written complaint but Secretary of the PEC did not registered it, which is also a violation of the law. According to commission's decision observer was expelled from the polling station.
