2013-10-27 At #6 polling station, in Lanchkhuti, two carriers of the mobile ballot box, representatives of GD and UNM, were selected as a result of casting of lots. Representative of UNM refused to fulfil his function and he was replaced by the second representative of GD. Observer found out about above mentioned only after returning the mobile ballot box to the PEC, at 16:00 pm. Appeal was written, demanding liability engagement of comission chairperson and his deputy. The appeal was sent in DEC.
