On 9 September, a photo was posted on the Facebook page of supporters of Georgian Dream`s Tsalenjikha mayoral candidate Goga Gulordava, showing the fact that party activists had bought food and distributed it to citizens.

ISFED appealed to the Interagency Commission for Free and Fair Elections (ICFFE) about this fact and requested to respond accordingly. According to the prosecution, due to the presence of signs of crime, the investigation was launched under Article 1641 of the Criminal Code (vote buying).
