2021-10-30 At the polling station #1 of the electoral district #52 (Baghdati), the commission chairperson and the secretary were drunk. They expressed aggression towards ISFED’s observer. The observer was hindered to exercise the right to observe and was not allowed to submit a complaint. Intimidation and pressure against the observer were especially severe, leading other commission members to call the police.
